Prices are calculated for 10 people (main house) or 8 people (pond house). The house is rented out as a whole. It is possible to add a double sofa bed in the living room. Please inform about this in advance.
Our holiday home is designed for private holidays for families or smaller groups. Suitable for a relaxing business meeting. Jõeranna is not suitable for parties or gatherings with a large number of day visitors.

You are welcome if your party is a maximum of 10 adults in the main house and 8 adults in the pond house.
In the main house: two double and two twin bedrooms, plus a sofa bed for two in the living room.

It is not possible to sleep on a mattress on the floor, camp in the woods or in a car.
We reserve the right to refuse to hand over a cottage, when number of arriving guests exceeds a capacity of guesthouse and agreed earlier.
Payments made in advance in this case will not be returned

In order for the booking to be confirmed a prepayment is required in accordance with the conditions.

The holiday home has one extra bed for a child, if you want to accommodate more children, you must bring your own baby cot.
Pets are not allowed
For peace and quiet of the guests in the area of Jõeranna guesthouse please do not cause excessive noise disturbing your neighbors. It is forbidden to play music or listen to the radio in the courtyard-terrace.
War games and air rifle shooting are prohibited.
War games and shooting with air rifles make noise and plastic bullets pollute nature.
A fine of 500 euros for violating the ban.
Smoking in all rooms of the guesthouses is forbidden. Smoking is allowed outside in special places.
We ask everyone to take their packaging (bottles, cans, etc) with them and put the rubbish in the rubbish bin by the roadside when leaving.
The guest takes care of the maintenance and cleanliness of the holiday home throughout their stay.
If the stay is longer than 1 week, the Holiday House will change the bed linen and towels at least once a week in agreement with the Guest.
When leaving, the guest leaves a well-kept holiday house - cleaned tables, washed dishes. And puts the repositioned furniture in its original position.
A 35 € cleaning fee is added to the stay of the holiday house - the house cannot be rented without it.
In sauna
Some body and beauty treatments lubricate the sauna rooms and the outdoor terrace. Cleaning up traces of procedures is labor intensive. Keep the sauna clean!
Clay and honey masks and racism are prohibited.
In case of violation of the ban, a cleaning fee of 100 € will be invoiced.
If a guest causes damage to the holiday home (whether it be a chair or a wall), the guest must compensate for it (restore the previous condition) and also pay a €500 fine. If the holiday home loses income as a result, this must also be compensated.
